I really hate to be this way but I’ve run across a couple of freelance writing sites recently where the poster was using English as a a Second Language. Now they had about 90% of the grammar down, but still it was disconcerting and distracting none the less. I’m afraid this would solidly fit my criteria for “worst”. Also any bid sites would fit right in as well.
