Some very hard hitting points in that article. I too had to settle for atrocious rates when I started out. Now I dont go to bidding sites at all because its a futile exercise. I am trying to promote my services instead. I get better gigs. "I reckon that if all us ghostwriters and freelancer writers including those just starting out joined together and refused to accept anything less than $2 per 100 words, then these buyers would soon realise that you have to pay to have content written." - That point deserves a clap!
